I had the opportunity to attend the American Massage Therapy Association National Convention this year in Indianapolis and it was awesome! I got to take some classes including Table Thai Massage, Orthopedic Injury and Assessments, as well as learning about new software and advancements in the massage field. There was also a fantastic panel presentation about current pain science and timing for success based on your natural sleep/wake cycle.
