Emma Lani Massage Therapy now has online booking requests for mobile massage. The online booking will be available to anyone in our service area. There is a link to the map and pricing zones in the description on the landing page. I have included some answers to frequently asked questions below for those new to mobile massage or wondering how the online booking will work. Request a Session
You can follow the link to EmmLaniMassageTherapy.Fullslate.com pick a session length, choose a date and time from the calendar, and follow the prompts. Make sure to check your address, phone number, and email are correct. There is a check box you need to click as well for the paragraph below.
Request Vs. Confirmation
When you submit your request you will get an email letting you know we received your request. This is different from the confirmation. Each appointment is reviewed by the therapist before a second email confirming the appointment goes out. You may get a call from ELMT if we need to shift the appointment time or ask any questions.
Why would a time adjustment be needed?
The calendar can only plan appointments by time not distance. If an appointment is further away than the time allotted for travel we may have to adjust the start time so your therapist can get to you in a timely fashion so your session starts on time.
Final Confirmation
When ELMT accepts the appointment you will get an email confirming the session. This email has a link to the Health History, Policy, and Covid Waiver to print and fill out for your session. If you don't have a printer I can bring a copy.
What will it cost?
The cost of your session depends on the length of time you would like to book and the distance from our central location. There is a link to the service area map on the booking site, the main website at the top and in the files at the bottom. The map shows service area zones and the cost for session lengths in those areas. When booking we can let you know what the expected cost will be. If more than one person wants to book back to back sessions at the same location a discount can be applied! To book back to back let ELMT know through email, text, or call.
